Costings and Services - Tecoma Consulting Suites have professional rooms to lease.

Rooms are available beginning on a DAILY rate of $95 + gst or WEEKLY $400 + gst.

Leases available are: 12, 24, 36 months. Rooms can either be provided furnished or unfurnished.

• ​Included in the rental are all outgoing costs excluding the telephone and stationary.

• The building is equipped with Daikin heating and cooling duct systems which allow each room to independently operate. 

• The building is alarmed.

• All rooms have high quality sound proof plaster and insulation

• Toilet meets disability requirements.

• Tecoma clinic has been issued a Medical Permit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped.

• The reception is furnished with high quality items.

• EFTPOS and a multi merchant medicare facility / HI CAPS is available.

• Tecoma has wifi and cabling data access (internet).

• Cleaner once a week

• Web Directory Marketing Provided

• Business/name directory on the clinic's external entrance wall (at your own cost if interested).
